Dear AI Goal User,

Thank you for choosing AI Goal. We value your trust and are committed to making your experience as transparent and straightforward as possible.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions below.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

To cancel your subscription purchased through the AI Goal website:

1. Log in to your personal account at
   https://courseon.xlclient.ai/register

2. Click on the Menu icon in your account dashboard.

3. Navigate to the Access and Payments section.

4. Scroll down to the Subscriptions area.

5. Click the Menu (three dots) next to your active subscription.

6. Select Stop renewal and confirm your choice.

Once completed, your subscription will no longer renew automatically.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the paid period expires.

• Deleting the app or closing your browser does not cancel your subscription.

• Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

APP STORE SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you subscribed through a third-party platform, cancellation must be completed directly through that platform:

• Apple App Store (iOS): Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings

• Google Play (Android): Manage subscriptions in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions

We do not have the ability to cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google on your behalf.
