REFUND & RETURN POLICY

This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you may be eligible for a refund for courses or subscriptions purchased through AI Goal (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
This policy applies in addition to any rights you may have under applicable law.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 Course
A Course is a digital product purchased individually by a user through the AI Goal website or application. Courses may include videos, documents, or other educational materials.
1.2 Subscription
A Subscription provides recurring access to AI Goal’s platform, including multiple products, tools, and materials. Subscriptions may be offered:
As paid plans with automatic renewal, or
As a free trial (up to 5 days), which converts into a paid subscription unless canceled
Activation of a subscription is always a voluntary decision made by the user during checkout.
2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY FOR COURSES
You may be eligible for a refund for a purchased course only if all of the following conditions are met:
No more than 14 days have passed since the payment was made; and
You have not activated or accessed additional subscription-based products or materials beyond the specific course purchased.
If requested, you may be asked to provide screenshots or proof of progress within the app to confirm eligibility.
3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or as explicitly stated in this policy.
If you cancel a subscription:
Your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period
No refund will be issued for unused time unless you qualify under Section 2 or applicable law
You can view your current plan and subscription status in your account or profile settings.
4. IMPORTANT NOTICE ON CANCELLATION
If you notify us that you wish to cancel your subscription:
Your subscription will end at the conclusion of the current billing period
Your account will remain accessible until that time
If you request immediate account closure:
Your account will be closed immediately
No refund will be issued for any already paid subscription period, except where legally required or specifically allowed under this policy
5. EU / EEA AND SWITZERLAND CONSUMER NOTICE
If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, you have a statutory right to withdraw from certain contracts.
However:
For single digital items (such as videos or PDFs), you expressly agree to immediate delivery upon purchase. As a result, you lose your right of withdrawal once access is granted.
For subscription services or continuous digital services, you expressly request immediate access upon registration.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal for a subscription:
We may deduct an amount proportional to the services already provided before you notified us of your withdrawal.

The email address used to register your account
The last four digits of the payment card used
All refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days.
We will notify you by email whether your request has been approved or denied.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or applicable law.
