BY STARTING A FREE TRIAL OR COMPLETING A PURCHASE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:
The AI Goal mobile application
The AI Goal website
Any content, tools, features, subscriptions, and services provided through them (collectively, the “Service”)
The Service is operated by AI Goal, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“AI Goal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these Terms
You agree to be legally bound by them
You are at least 16 years old, or have parental consent
2. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, we will notify you by reasonable means (such as email or in-app notice).
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
3. THE SERVICE
AI Goal provides digital tools, educational content, and AI-powered features designed to help users achieve personal or professional goals.
We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue any part of the Service
Add or remove features
Impose limits on use
We are not responsible if any part of the Service is unavailable at any time.
4. ACCOUNTS AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
All activity that occurs under your account
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Copy, resell, or exploit any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
5. FEES, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND PAYMENT
5.1 Paid Services
Some features of the Service require payment and may be offered as:
One-time purchases
Auto-renewing subscriptions
Free trials that convert into paid subscriptions
Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by location.
5.2 Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us (or the app store) to charge the applicable subscription fee, plus any taxes, on a recurring basis.
5.3 Free Trials
If a free trial is offered:
It will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled
You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial to avoid charges
5.4 Cancellation
You must cancel subscriptions through the platform where you purchased them:
iOS (Apple App Store): via Apple account settings
Android (Google Play): via Google Play subscriptions
Web: via your account dashboard (if applicable)
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
5.5 Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or platform policies (Apple / Google).
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, software, designs, logos, text, graphics, and features provided through the Service are owned by or licensed to AI Goal and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
7. USER CONTENT
If you submit content (such as feedback or messages), you grant AI Goal a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and improve the Service using that content.
You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit.
8. DISCLAIMERS
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
We make no guarantees that:
The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Results obtained from using the Service will meet your expectations
Content is suitable for every individual situation
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Goal shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:
You violate these Terms
We are required to do so by law
We discontinue the Service
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
11. PRIVACY
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
